Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information RankRadar collects, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. It applies to anyone who visits rankedradar.org or uses our services.
1. Who we are
RankRadar ("we," "us," "our") is a service that delivers monthly SEO audits to small businesses. You can reach us at support@rankedradar.org.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
Information you give us
- Account and contact information: name, email address, business name.
- Service inputs: your website URL, target keywords, competitor URLs, Google Business Profile URL, service area, and other information you provide via our intake form.
- Payment information: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details directly. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles all payment processing and is responsible for the security of that data.
- Communications: messages you send us by email or other channels.
Information collected automatically
- Basic usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is collected through standard web server logs and any analytics tools we may add.
- Cookies: our site uses functional cookies required for the site to operate. We do not use advertising cookies.
Information from third parties
- SEO data tools we use to generate your audit (such as DataForSEO, Google PageSpeed Insights, and similar services) return data about your website's public-facing rankings, technical health, and competitor information. We use this data to produce your audit.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the service: generate, format, and email your monthly audit.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To respond to your support requests and other communications.
- To send you service-related emails (audit deliveries, billing notices, important updates).
- To improve our service quality, train our internal processes, and debug issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of third parties:
- Payment processor: Stripe processes all payments. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- AI/data providers: we use Anthropic's Claude API to generate audit text, and SEO data providers such as DataForSEO and Google PageSpeed Insights to gather technical data. Only the inputs needed for the audit (URLs, keywords, etc.) are shared with these services.
- Form and email tooling: our intake form is hosted by Tally, and we may use email delivery services to send your audits. These services hold your contact information solely to deliver the service to you.
- Hosting infrastructure: our website is hosted by Netlify and our domain by Porkbun.
- Legal compliance: if required by law or to protect our legal rights, we may disclose information to authorities or counterparties.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep your account, audit history, and communications for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, in order to handle support, billing, and tax obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, access controls on our systems, and reliance on reputable third-party processors. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@rankedradar.org. We will respond within a reasonable time and at most within 30 days.
8. Children's privacy
RankRadar is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
RankRadar is operated from the United States. If you access our service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
