Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RankRadar website (rankedradar.org) and the audit services we provide. By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

RankRadar provides monthly written SEO audits delivered as a PDF to your email address. The audit content includes keyword ranking analysis, technical site recommendations, competitor observations, and a prioritized action plan. The exact contents and length of each audit may vary based on your subscription plan and the data available for your website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the business you are subscribing for. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and trial

• Plans: the current plans and prices are listed on rankedradar.org. We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time; existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change applies to them.
• Free trial: new subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. Your card is captured at signup and authorized but not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged for the first month.
• Recurring billing: after the trial, your subscription renews monthly on the same calendar day until you cancel.
• Payment processor: all payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal we provide, or by emailing us at support@rankedradar.org. Cancellation stops future renewals. Service continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

• Trial period: if you cancel during your 30-day free trial, you are not charged.
• After payment: we generally do not refund partial months. However, if (a) we fail to deliver an audit you have paid for within a reasonable time, or (b) you have followed the action plans for at least 90 days and seen no measurable progress on the items you completed, you may request a refund of your most recent monthly payment by emailing support. We will review the request in good faith.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when subscribing and through the intake form.
• Have the right to share the website URLs, competitor URLs, and other information you provide.
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
• Keep your account contact information up to date so we can deliver your audits.

7. Deliverables and intellectual property

• RankRadar retains ownership of the audit format, methodology, prompts, and templates we use to produce audits.
• You receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the audit content we deliver to you for your own business purposes, including sharing internally with your team or contractors.
• You may not resell our audits or republish them publicly without our written permission.

8. No guarantee of search rankings

RANKRADAR DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, TRAFFIC LEVELS, REVENUE OUTCOMES, OR OTHER SEO RESULTS.

Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (such as Google) and change frequently. The audit provides analysis and recommendations based on the data available at the time. Real-world results depend on many factors including how thoroughly you implement the recommendations, your competitors' actions, and changes to search engine algorithms.

9. Third-party tools and data

To produce your audit, we use third-party data providers (such as Google PageSpeed Insights, DataForSEO, and others). The accuracy and availability of their data is outside our control. We use reputable providers and make a good-faith effort to verify the data, but we cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy.

10. Communications

By subscribing, you agree to receive service-related emails from us, including audit deliveries, billing notices, and important service updates. You may not opt out of these emails while you have an active subscription. Marketing emails (newsletters, promotions) are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if we are required to by law. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any payment for service not yet delivered.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RankRadar from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RankRadar's owner resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be brought in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest revision. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
